Location was easy to get to and parking was fine. An automatic door would have been easier to work with, while walking into hotel with hands full. Check in time was 3pm. We got there just before 5pm. Brittany was nice and said how our room "should" be done, as it was the last king. We went upstairs to find that it was still being cleaned. The gal seemed flustered and exasperated. She asked for 15 minutes and we cheerfully told her we'll be back in 20, no problem. We went and sat in the lobby with our luggage and returned 20 minutes later to still find her in the room and cart blocking the door. Again we trooped downstairs and told Brittany that we'd be back in an hour or so, because the room still wasn't ready. Brittany apologized with a sigh. We returned around 8:30 and room was nice and cool with the AC on (thank you!!). My boyfriend went back down to the car a while later to get the phone cords we forgotten and said that there were a few female workers in the Breakfast Room yelling at each other, calling the others lazy and such. Breakfast was simple and fine. We didn't use the pool, it's smaller than looked in the pictures. Room 318 was quiet and clean (thank goodness, for as long as it apparently took!) and fridge definitely came in handy. Bed was soft at first but actually was comfortable... the pillows were fluff though, so remember to bring your own, if you can.

Thank you for your review of your stay with us. I am sorry that it was anything but perfect. As we try to have all of our rooms clean before the start of our check in time of 3 pm sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances that doesn't always happen. We strive to give everyone a clean, quite room to stay in while they are with us. I will speak to the employees that your boyfriend overheard in the breakfast area as that is not acceptable behavior. We hope that having to wait a little longer for your room does not stop you from coming back to our hotel if you are ever in our area again.

For whatever reason there was often a loud humming in our room at the end of the hall. Also the tv turned off every 20 minutes or so. We weren't sure why.

Thank you for your feedback. I haven't heard any issues with a TV turning off after 20 minutes. It could possibly have a sleep timer set on it from a previous guest. I will also look into an humming noises from the end of the hall. We hope to see you again soon.
