Room 221 was clean, quiet but small with single King size bed that was very comfortable. Does need maintenance- one of two bathroom bulbs was burnt out. Shower single handle was loose ( I replaced burnt out bathroom light fixture bulb, two different colors, supply by front desk staff and would have tightened handle on shower if they could have provided the necessary Alan wrench. I also noticed missing burnt out bulbs in overhead light fixtures in lobby and huge crack in ceiling. In three breakfast we had there was no potatoes or bacon but always pork & turkey sausage or a couple different omelettes instead of scrambled eggs. My wife said she missed not having biscuits and gravy. Warm cinnamon rolls and variety of muffins was a plus along with the pancake making machine. There is only one ice machine on the bottom floor. The outside pool and the exercise room were inviting, but we did not use them. This hotel is dated - We will not stay here again. There are many hotel options in area and I don’t want to be making room repairs because maintenance personnel are not available. I would recommend Resident Inn in this Rocklin Ca. Area

Our second visit...

This Rocklin location is our "go to" when we need to stay overnight in Rocklin while visiting or helping family. We were offered the second or third floor and we chose the third floor. It was "okay" but not as updated as our previous stay on the second floor. It was clean though, and comfortable, just some minor issues that needed repair.

Staff was incredibly difficult to work with and check in and check out were both a huge hassle. Wifi was incredibly slow and facilities like the shower and ac did not work well
