I didnt like when I arrive to check in there was a young mand at the desk. The first room he offerme was a handicapp room. I told hime I would like another room upstairs. He gave me the keeo to 223. I went up stairs to see if the keycard worked. It did. I left and came back close to midnight, the key did work. I kept tryong to open door, Someome was in the room. I went to the office and told them they said they could't find my paperwork I signed earlier and that the were booked. I was highly upset. I finally when to my car and conformation nunber. When l got back, he found the room right next to the first room, which was also a handicapp room. If you do business with someone you should at last give you a receipt. LucklyI had the key with the room number on it. And if you don't know what you are doing please ask for help. Very Bad experience!!!!!!

The check in was very slow. I realized that we had a queen sized bed and wanted a king. I called the front desk and the clerk said no problem come down to the desk and see me. We packed up our bags and went back to the front desk. It was then that she said oh I have no king beds available. We then went back to the original and had to stay in the teen bed. I wish she had just told me on the phone they had no king beds available.

Pros: The inside was clean.
Cons: The outside could be cleaned better.
I had to take a big heavy suit-case up steps. One of the other guest hung outside his door smoking with no shirt on and doing a strange whistle that sound like a secret whistle to someone else. I was happy that my room was clean.

American Horror Story Hotel!

Pros: The room was dirty, the bed was hard as a rock and there was so much light coming in the windows it seemed like it was noon at midnight. The bathroom was so dirty I didn't was to shower without shoes.
Cons: The staff was nice, that was the only thing we liked
