"Property was wonderful, in a great location and had everything we needed! The communication was a bit overwhelming. Starting when I booked the property, months ahead of our stay, there was various communication through Vrbo, email, and text. Enough that I had trouble keeping all the information I was given straight and where I had received the information.I would suggest one form of communication and clearly laying out the rules and expectations for the property in the listing so they can be reviewed before booking. "

"We have vacationed with this group of college friends for over 50 years. This property was perfect for the 10 of us. Each couple had their own bedroom and bath. The kitchen was spacious and stocked with everything needed to prepare meals.The house was immaculate and comfortable. The outside patio area was awesome! The host was always available by text if we had questions. There were excellent restaurants nearby when we didn’t want to cook. This whole experience was perfect for us."

"A great location near Cooperstown Dreams Park. Being on the major highway it definitely can get loud, but it was the perfect location to be back and forth to the park and to visit Cooperstown. Bonus we knew the people who rented the property next door at the same time so it worked out perfectly for us to have the shared driveway and outdoor space! Property was clean and exactly what we needed for the early mornings and late night game schedule at Cooperstown Dreams Park. "
