Would like to see longer open hours at the pool and gym. Also, some toppings for oatmeal at breakfast (raisins, dried fruit, nuts etc).

Carpets are worn and dingy. Musky smell to First floor rooms. Hot tub was closed for at least two days waiting on a part. Posted pool hours were not valid

First, the good things. The complimentary breakfast was good. The food was hot and kept full. The attendant working the breakfast was very helpful and attentive. The pool area was small, clean and nice. Now the rest, the hotel was undergoing renovations which we had no idea about when booking or until we got there. All of the rooms on one side of the second floor including ours were experiencing flooding from the bathroom sinks. When we returned to the hotel from Cooperstown the sink area and floor in the bathroom were soaked including all of our toiletries. When we called down, they sent up 2 maintenance who said we will have to change rooms. Nothing about sorry your stuff was flooded from the front desk they just said you you need to come down to the front desk with your luggage and change rooms. They put us in a room at the end of the hall. The room was damp and musty. The a/c unit was extremely loud. Little gnats in the bathroom and dead bugs in the window sill. They did take $25 off the bill without us asking for anything. Will never stay at a BW again.
