Apartment with 18th-century beams and arches in the most photographed alley in Trastevere

We embarked on this new work adventure, supported by a son of 21 who is studying in London and one of 17 ready for new experiences. We have behind us a life of more or less demanding journeys that have unquestionably represented the most important emotional gifts.
We are trying to give you a holiday full of refinement, cleanliness, comfort, interest, hospitality and centrality.

Our apartment is located in the heart of Trastevere, where the warm and chromatic of the classic Roman brick are flanked by a modern industrial style "softened" by refined and comfortable furnishings.

It is located in a pedestrian area, a few steps from Piazza S. Maria, John Cabot and major points of interest in Rome.

The apartment, completely renovated, is in a small building

It has a living area with double sofa bed (queen size) and a kitchenette with brand new kitchen, equipped with every modern accessory. freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.): we will make sure there is always a traditional Italian espresso in the morning !!

It has 2 bathrooms with hair dryers, hair straighteners and all the essential toiletries, equipped with two comfortable showers with chromotherapy and a fantastic sound system to make a banal daily gesture, a pleasant experience !!

There are, finally, two bedrooms both with king-size bed, 25 cm high mattresses, duvet covers with fine sheets, large wardrobe, desk, capacious safes for PC, mobile-suitcase and Smart TV with Netflix channel
One of the two bedrooms has a bathroom and offers the possibility, on request, to get a room with two single beds.

There are two small terraces, where you can have a cocktail on the return day.

You will find all the comforts such as air conditioning and heating, fast Internet and cable.

A washing machine and a dryer are available, as well as ironing board and iron.

To our guests' disposal and maps, as well as our free APP that will guide you, integrating with Google Places, with directions, furthermore you can make a brief guide to the main monuments and tourist sites of Rome.
In this APP you will find the instructions for checking in and out, information about the house, useful and emergency numbers and much more !!!

Our apartment, chosen in the heart of Trastevere, is a combination of historic and contemporary, where the warm and chromatic tones of classic Roman brick are combined with a modern industrial style "softened" by refined and comfortable furnishings.

It is located in a pedestrian area full of bars, churches, theaters and above all small restaurants, just a few steps from Piazza S. Maria, from John Cabot and from the major points of interest in Rome.

The apartment, completely renovated, is in a small building on the most photographed street of the XIII district, thanks to the wisteria that climb the walls.

It is located on the first floor, extremely quiet, and has a living area with a double sofa bed (queen size) and a kitchenette with a brand new kitchen, equipped with every modern accessory (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.): we will make sure that there is always tea, sugar and coffee to make yourself a traditional Italian espresso in the morning !!

It has 2 bathrooms equipped with hairdryer, hair straightener and all essential toiletries, equipped with two comfortable showers with chromotherapy and a fantastic sound system to make a simple everyday gesture, a pleasant experience !!

Finally, there are two bedrooms, both with a King Size double bed, 25 cm high mattresses, duvet covers with fine linens, a large wardrobe, desk, capacious safes also for PC, luggage rack and Smart TV with Netflix channel.
One of the two bedrooms has an en suite bathroom and offers the possibility, upon request, to obtain accommodation with two single beds.

There are two small terraces, where you can sip a cocktail on the return of a busy day, remaining among the colors of the real Trastevere.

You will find all the comforts such as air conditioning and heating, fast Internet and cable Wi-Fi.
