Quiet and central

The place was amazingly quiet and I had a whole balcony to myself. It was also centrally located with walking distance to all the sites. There was a farmers market during the day right around the corner with fresh produce! Christian was very friendly and made sure I had everything I needed upon arrival including a transport from the airport to the hotel.

Excellent location, we were able to walk to the big sights and then go across the river to Trastevere for dinner. Loved that they refreshed the breakfast fixings every day in the kitchen. Comfort of a bnb with the service of a hotel.

Christian was very obliging, friendly and helpful. However the room was very disappointing. The photos do not reflect reality. It was dated and in need of a total refurbishment. TV did not work - WiFi not adequate. Expecting a hospital phone call but could not get a signal. Very stressful. In all honesty I could not recommend this property.

Great property. very clean, and quiet. Our contact was Chris. our plane was delayed by 3 hours and he was out on the street looking for us. He found us wandering on the streets and he treated us like family . this property Central located to tons of dining and tons of shopping area and not to mention the major attractions very safe. we walked around till after midnight. all the restaurants were packed with partygoers. if you don't book this property, you're missing out!! hands down the best value for your dollar.

It’s convenient. We walk to Colloseum, to Pantheon, Vatican Museum, Castel de Sant Angelo, bath house of caraccala, spanish steps, trevi fountain. Close to Trastevere and lits of dining options nearby. If I am going back yo Rome, will definitely book this ned and brekfast again. Lastly we have breakfast everymorning, there’s a small nearby supermarket, so I cook eggs everymorning and yes you can cook. I love going to mass so there’s a church maybe 1 or 2 minute walk and I always attended the 6:30 pm mass. 4 days that we were in Rome I went there 3 times.

Cristian was such a wonderful host. He was in constant contact with us the entire way there, made great dining suggestions and knew exactly how to get us to the airport for our flight the next day. The room itself was cozy, had a balcony that we enjoyed espresso and breakfast on, but best of all it was walking distance to all the major landmarks that we wanted to see this time. I would definitely stay here again for our next trip.

Cristian was a wonderful host! He went above and beyond to make us comfortable on our maiden trip to Rome. The beds were comfortable and linens plentiful. He even made us cake! Ge also arranged all our transportation from airport and to the cruise ship. Additionally, I thought I had left my wallet and he helped me look for it! I would absolutely stay here again!

Absolutely amazing!! Would recommend 1000 times over. From the moment i booked cristian messaged me wanting know when we would be in if we needed to store our luggage if the room wasnt ready in time. And then he met us outside showed us all around, and said message me for anything you need. I donr know whn i can make it back to rome but i know for sure where were staying, also walking distance to all major sites
