Beautiful unit in Rome in an excellent location just a few blocks from the Colosseum very nicely appointed and very large. It has a working kitchen but no toaster. Important this is not a guesthouse. These are short-term rental units and even though in the booking it says that everything is supplied they only give you one towel each and one hand towel one dish cloth one small sponge and one J cloth and a tiny little dish soap. If you were staying more than a few days like us (we stayed. Week) they expect you to buy everything, even dish towels and dishwasher detergent garbage bags , everything,You are on your own . No service whatsoever, and we were not prepared for it .
I asked for extra towels and I was informed it was €10 for the towels. Although the building manager was very nice and helpful there wasn't much she could do to assist us .There was only two pillows I had to go and ask for more pillows and it seemed to be a big deal she had to go and get them and said she had to ask the cleaning staff for anything else we needed, like the towels or toilet paper . Our internet was out on the television, and I called the help number and was informed that they would try but there wasn't anybody there and I ran in to the maintenance man so he helped us.out . If you are in the position to bring everything with you and don't need anything from guest services or have everything it's you it's great. And checkout is 10am which is ridiculous to me.
