we all know when we book hotels that some are non refundable and i understand that and in passed lost money, BUT if it is totally out of your control that you can't fly to Rome because they are on strike in Barcelona to get to Rome. Some hotels are re understandable as we did received our money back but this hotel is not even considering any compensation. I travel for work most of they year and I will never book this hotel or chain it belongs to. I will not take a no for an answer and will try other avenues to let this hotel know that its not right to keep money with no servers given. .

Ideal location at huge discount

Squeaky clean place, lovely white marble throughout, and, the most important part: the location is 20 mins walking from 8-10 major Rome landmarks from Sistine Chapel to the Pantheon or Vatican City. Please try the new-style pizza at Malaterra down the block: Mamma Mia! 🤗

Smells bad, no service, no internet.

The room smelled very bad (like pickles weirdly enough). There was what looked like dried blood stain on the cover. No signage so finding the hotel was confusing. Once found and in the building (shared building), again no signage so you have no idea we're to go. Poor communication as I emailed them ahead for directioms and got no response. Zero serice. Only good thing was the location. The internet did not reach our room. I informed them within 10min of checking in. I was told nothing could be done and someone would look at it the next day only. Next day nothing was done. I told them again and was told again next day. Again nothing. Tried again on the 2nd night and again told next day and again nothing was done. Stayed 3 nights 4 days and had no internet as advertised.

Es una propiedad contactless. No es el típico hotel, no hay recepción, pero funciona muy bien. Es importante solicitar el código de acceso a la propiedad antes de llegar a Roma. Pero en general son muy amables, limpias y muy bien ubicadas las habitaciones. No necesitas más. Parece que estás en una casa! Otra experiencia, pero muy buena!
