We loved the location and wanted a final beach day before heading home. We were concerned about the communal areas, but honestly we didn't run into or even meet anyone else there. Not sure if the other rooms weren't booked or the guests were just quite. We did hear them leave in the morning, but outside of that, this is a pretty private setting better than most hotels.

The room and space were very clean and well maintained. I was greeted at the apartment and shown my room and all the amenities in the shared space. There was a lovely balcony to take coffee or breakfast on. I unfortunately only stayed one night. Alessio assisted me via chats and was extremely helpful. I took the train from Rome which was very easy about 30 minute ride. There are many things to do and see in Ostia. Great seafood! I would return when summer is a bit more underway as I went in May. Hope to visit next year!

Really good, basic room, comfortable and has AC. Its an appartment so you will have “roommates” with shared kitchen but each have bathroom in each room so no worries. Free unlimited water and tea and coffee

Lovely room with good AC. Good facilities in the shared area, fridge, coffee machine, teas etc, sparkling water machine also. Great sea view from the scared balcony. Great central location near to the beach, lovely street of restaurants. Check in was easy enough using WhatsApp instructions. I would say that some kind of ‘do not disturb/clean my room’ system would be good so the cleaner doesn’t knock on the door in the morning. Friendly staff though and happy to help.

It's An Apartment

This is an apartment that has been converted into an AirBnB with the bedrooms as the "hotel" room. So the balance of the apartment is common area. The apartment is very nice and well-located, next to the outdoor shopping and restaurant area. The automatic entry works great - make sure you read ALL the info.
