Great stay in Rome

I felt our rooms were recently refurbished. Particularly the bathroom. It was immaculate. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast included. We were just minutes from the Spanish steps and the Trevi fountain. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Everything was quiet good but the blanket was not clean in our room. It is originally white blanket but ours was gray because of dirt. That made me think maybe our sheets were dirty as well so we slept with our t shirts on pillow.

What a memorable stay! We enjoyed our stay so much. The staff was so polite and helpful. Breakfast was well stocked and the coffee was fantastic. We can’t wait to rebook and visit again soon. The location can’t be beat. 3 minute walk on the left to the Spanish steps and 7 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain. We booked the family suite which has two separate rooms with one main entrance. We absolutely loved finding this new gem. Thank you!

Great location, clean hotel

We booked a room for a family of 4 and were given a split connecting room of 2 and 2. It was very comfortable as we each also had our own bathroom and shower which made getting ready very convenient. The staff were very friendly and spoke English which made communication easy. It is centrally located with easy walking distance to many sights and restaurants. It is very close to the Spanish Steps. I would stay here again if I ever need accommodations in Rome.

This is NOT a hotel but a “guest house” which is really like a hotel but has under 10 rooms …. Great location, the service was good, but the rooms are TINY. We rented 3 rooms, there’s barely any room to open your luggage. The mattress was hard like a rock.. The Biggest problem is there’s no elevator and ALL of the rooms are on the 2nd floor, so good luck bringing your luggage up and down... ALSO .. the Air Conditioner is not on all the time, it shuts off for a few hours daily, so keep that in mind specially if you are traveling summer time.. The staff is VERY friendly and accommodating, dealing with them was a pleasure ….

The hotel staff were amazing and so accommodating. Breakfast is simple and light, nothing too fancy. Area is nice and walkable to tourist hotspots. Some construction ongoing outside the hotel room so expect a few noisy early mornings. Other than that, it was a decent option for the price and location.

Great location very close to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, shopping and a lot of restaurants. We had to pickup our tickets to attend papal audience with Pope Leo which was only a few streets away. You do have to walk upstairs to get to rooms and there is no elevator. Reception was great with friendly and accommodating staff. Each room has a lockbox for room key located next to front desk.

This was our first trip to Rome, and we wanted to conveniently take in all that Rome had to offer. This is the perfect spot for that. Steps away from the Spanish Steps, easily walkable to all restaurants, Vatican City, Colloseum, shopping. Great breakfast. Perfect location, budget friendly, clean, quiet, safe, and convenient. Recommend.
