Quick stay in Rome.

Great location. It was quiet at night, so we slept well. Cleanliness could have been better. The tub shower was not clean and was not very well setup for showers. The toilet also stopped working on our last day.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious with high ceilings, clean, and perfectly quiet, which made for a very comfortable stay. The location is excellent, with plenty of bus stops, restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby, making it easy to explore the area. A special thank you to Marzia, who was incredibly helpful, understood our situation, and provided us with great tips about the local spots. We really appreciated the warm hospitality and would happily stay here again.

The most pleasant experience during my trip to Rome. Marzia, the owner of the property was very cordial and accommodating. She allowed us to move in earlier then originally agreed upon, making it is so much easier on us after a long travel. The room was spectacularly well kept: clean, beautiful and very quiet. I would go back if I travel to Rome again. The area is quiet and safe for travel and stroll, and is within 10 short minutes of walk to Vatican and 5 minutes to Metro station.

What a fantastic experience! 2 days before my visit Marzia contacted me to welcome me, ask if we needed anything and arrange a taxi from the airport if we needed one. 'Taxi' meant limo service in a sweet Mercedes and a cheap rate compared to standard taxis! We were dropped at the door pretty late (after 9pm) and Marzia was there to greet us. The room was safe, clean and everything worked fine. It's right next to Vatican City and lots of shopping close by so we walked everywhere we needed to. The next evening we couldn't figure out the air conditioning but Marzia, true to form, WhatsApp video called to tell us through the operation and got it working. Then she arranged a return airport trip with the same quality service. Very, very good and highly recommended!

Marzia was amazing! She was so kind and helpful, allowing us to check in early and arranging an airport transfer for us. The room was also very clean and spacious. Even though there are other rooms close by and a busy street outside, we could not hear any noise at all! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for a stay in Rome

Perfect location blocks from Vatican City, The Rome Market, Ottaviano Metro Stop. Marzia the host was extremely warm and friendly. Her English is excellent. The room and bathroom were immaculate. The bed was comfortable. We would absolutely love to stay here again.

Great stay in Rome near Vatican

We had a comfortable stay. We met a reception person when checked in and she was nice and kind. We liked our clean room, clean towels and linens. The bathroom was roomy. We liked that there was a bath tub. They clean the room and change towels each day. We liked the location, too. It is very close to Vatican and convenient for shopping and dining. We thought that It's not clear to find the B&B in the building entrance.

The hotel was in a nice area close to the tube, very close to the Vatican and with lots of nice shops and restaurants surrounding it. It was nice and quiet as well. The room was large, nicely decorated and clean as was the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. There was a safe, a ttv, a small cooler and coffee/tea making facilities as well as a small selection of cakes & biscuits. The only slight niggle was the fact that the bath/shower mixer only worked on shower, and the top clothes rail in the wardrobe was only accessible to someone over 6ft tall which didn't affect us too much as my husband is actually that tall plus we were only there for a few days so didn't need much hanging space but it would have been a pain for someone shorter and staying longer! Marzia, the owner is lovely. I met her the day before we left as my husband became ill so went back to the hotel to rest and Marzia kindly let me use her keys so that my husband could keep our set. She also booked a taxi to take us to the airport the morning we left as my husband was too ill to travel by tube and train. His illness aside, we had a very enjoyable stay and would not only recommend it to other visitors but would definitely stay here again next time we visit Rome.

Check in says before 10. We got there at 8:45 and had to spend almost 30 minutes waiting outside with our luggage to get in, all the while worrying no one would show up. Yet, the room was quite spacious, and the surrounding area was fantastic! Overall, we were happy, with just a tad bit disappointment.
