A very small boutique hotel. Close to St. Peters, Plaza Popolo, Luxury shopping street, Plaza Novona. A very nice breakfast buffet and VERY safe area. NOT much parking. Staff is very friendly.

Great location & service

This location was a single room, not a typical hotel with a lobby, restaurant, bar etc. The room was lovely and very clean. The bathroom sink was beautiful but sprayed everywhere. Maya was very helpful, friendly and responsive. The location was perfect for all the sites with easy walking distances. We prefer an actual hotel. I wish they had advertised that it wasn't a typical hotel.

The hotel location is perfect walk and metro can do. The toilet when you sit on the bowl so noisy and the glass wall move and noisy. The water in bath takes time to get warm and the floor is sticky. I use always socks to walk around. Its better they provide slippers inside. The food service is very good and peaceful. The attendant Mayya is very accommodating. Finding thr hotel takes us 45 minutes to go around and around as there is no signboard of hotel. My partner got iritated and we ended up first to a coffee bar nearby with an accommodating bald guy who comforted us in coffee bar and we try to call the hotel and give us way to get there.

Excellent Place to Stay in Rome

Fun property! Not a typical hotel as we had a floor in what appeared to be an office building. Never saw another person in the building in 4 days - very quiet (Which we loved!!). Excellent location, roughly 10 -15 minute walk to any of the major attractions with excellent restaurants close. Staff was uber-attentive - with 2 different people to call with any questions or needs (And they followed up immediately. Myya was fantastic!! So was Rosa, who helped us on the weekend. Heard some people talking about the noise of a garbage truck for the rooms facing the city (Alley) - we heard trucks one night around 3am but the rooms are soundproof so it was a minor noise that I only heard because I was using the bathroom. Far quieter than staying in New York or Vegas ... where the sounds drift in regardless of the soundproofing. Boils down to this ... you can stay in a quiet hotel in a quiet part of town ... or a room half the size in a noisy part of town, e.g., next to Spanish Steps or Trevi Fountain, etc. We loved the bigger room, clean and well appointed that was a few minutes away from the craziness of the tourist areas. Bonus was having the area around Vatican City very close. Loved this place!
