Good stay. Excellent location, close to the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Palantine Hill and more. Bed was good and the room was spacious enough for us. The instant coffee provided didn’t even taste like instant, it was great. Free disposable slippers are provided and we got a small bottle of champagne as a gift, which was nice. We had room 101 and the small patio isn’t great, no view, no chair, probably just for smoking, not sure. The shower is small but good enough. We saw four different front desk staff and they were all great. They held our bags the first day as we came in early; they even put them in our room when we returned in the afternoon. They held them again when we checked out since we had a little time before our train. All in all would definitely stay here again.

Quaint hotel literally around the corner from the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Restaurants right in front. I had a single room and it was perfect. I had a bottle of wine waiting for me and delicious chocolate. Decorated just how I imagined it would be. Comfortable bed with a window that opened up into the street. I was not bothered at all with the noise. To the contrary, I loved hearing the area wake up in the morning. Water pressure was great (always a plus!). It was the staff that made it so wonderful. Thank you for making my first stay in Italy so memorable. I know where I will be staying when I come back.

Well I asked the property about getting a room on the first floor several months in advance. I got an OK within 24 hours. Well when I got there my room was on the 4th floor. This manager or owner is not nice at all. She gave it to someone else the day before and just told me like that. There was not an email or text on the changes. They didn’t keep their word. I felt so disrespected. Not an actual apology. The rest of the people that work there are very nice at least that. The hotel is very old, the room are very small, the bed and pillow are uncomfortable and you can hear everything on the rest of the rooms. The rooms are very hot too. Please stay away from this place.

Amazing hotel for sightseeing in Rome. 600m away from the colloseum and senate. Could not be in a better location for a week long sightseeing tour. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, rate it 10/10.

Overall great experience! Friendly and helpful staff. The good and bad of the location is it’s very convenient to get food, shop, etc. but that also means it can be a bit loud all day and into the evening if you’re looking for rest and/or quiet. Would stay there again nonetheless!

I absolutely loved my stay here. I’ve seen people complain you have to leave your key at the desk when you leave. For me it was one less thing to worry about. Someone is at the desk waiting to hand it back to you when you return. I felt very safe and every staff member was very kind and professional. The air conditioning worked great. The room was clean. No complaints and will be returning soon.
