Friendly small boutique hotel.

We have 2 rooms and the weathers was extremely hot, the air conditioning is not sufficient during day time when we get back around 4-5 pm , I would suggested extra portable fan to help if the weather is around 36 for future guests.

Wonderful Small Hotel!

This was a beautiful hotel! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful! Very spacious! The location was perfect and right next to the Spanish Steps. I would recommend the hotel!

The guest house is in a fantastic location and therefore within walking distance of many of the major tourist attractions. Despite its central location, by night it sits on a quiet street so noise is not an issue. The host and staff are very attentive and ensured my stay was as comfortable as possible. I would definitely consider staying at the guest house again

Location great, dont change dates!

So this place had very nice staff, but I accidentally booked an extra night and 3 days before my trip they wouldnt let me cancel a room sat empty and a large amount of my money went to waste. Location is amazing cant beat it I travel europe quote a bit for business, clean and well kept. Except I got bitten by a large spider 4 times on my face ended uup needing medical attention upon checkout after that evening. All in all great location! Would have liked a bit more of a bend of the night that wasnt occupied

Staff were very nice. But unfortunately there were no staff or front desk in the Annex. Check out was a bit inconvenient to still go out and go to the next street where the main guesthouse is located just to return the keys. Garbage bins in corridor were stinky and there were days when garbage were scattered in stairs & corridors. Clogged shower & sink drains. Toilet bowl, carpet & floor looks dirty. Kettle is really dirty.

Excellent location by Spanish Steps & metro

There are many places to visit in Rome and the location could not have been better. Lots of restaurants close by, so never had to walk far for dinner.

Nasty rooms .

We stayed nasty room. Toilet water did not stop all night. Shower has mildew all over. At night dog was barking. We also saw colonie of Ants next to the bed. Stuff was very nice but not a good experience.

Wonderful Rome Hotel

The staff at this hotel couldn't have been nicer and the location coudln't have been more central. The building was 400+ years old with charm and character. We had a great experience here and would most certainly come back again!!

Lovely little hotel, fantastic location.

We came to the Rome for 3 nights and the hotel staff have been incredibly helpful, giving us ideas and directions of were to go in Rome. The room had a little wear and tear in places but was well furnished, very clean and comfortable. There were a fair few steps to the room but we were kindly helped with our bags. The hotel is in the fashion district and right around the corner from the Spanish steps and only a few minutes walk from the Trevi fountain, both worth seeing, with places to eat and drink all around. There is also stops for bus tours near by. A great place to stay.

Amazing time as always

This hotel is amazing! Every time we come to Rome we stay here. The staff is so accommodating and easy going. Also the location is perfect! 5 min from the Spagna metro stop and less than a minute from Via Del Corso shopping and the Spanish steps. so many nice little restaurants all around too. The price for this place is always great too. Spagna inn charming house is also a great old style Italian feeling place rather than staying at some name brand place.

We were in a separate building from the regular hotel, which was a bit odd. There was an elevator in our building but not in the main hotel. The main hotel had very steep steps, so I imagine it would be difficult to climb if you had a heavy suitcase. The walls were really dirty, the TV did not work, and the faucet made a really loud noise every time it was turned on. It was in a nice location, but that was really the only upside.

Great location

Airport pickup straight to InnSpagna and you realise you're driving straight towards the Spanish Steps before the car turns off down a side road and pulls over - the location is perfect. So close to the Spanish Steps and easy to walk everywhere in Rome. Met by George who gave us a quick orientation and pointed us in the direction of the best pasta and pizza nearby. All staff really friendly and helpful. Rooms are all up a flight of steep-ish steps so not for the less mobile or with huge heavy bags. Room was comfortable - tea/coffee making facilities, safe and TV all appreciated. Slightly on the small side but you're not in Rome to sit in the room and I expect you won't find much better elsewhere. Bathroom had everything you need, although a bit dated and shower was also a bit of a squeeze. Overall a great experience in Rome and if you're looking for somewhere safe, comfortable and central I would definitely recommend InnSpagna.

Good location. Staff are very nice. But our room need to be updated. Shower bin is very small, i am very small person but still hit the glass all the time when you take a shower. The room need more cleaning work, lot of stains on the bedroom wall, floor need power wash or clean. Bed and pillow are not so comfortable to sleep on....
