The communication for check-in was stellar, and necessary as it's a bit complicated. It's almost like going to a speakeasy. There's no real sign, just a door where you put in a code to enter the building. Then you go to floor 4 and then go down half a level to put in another code to get into the small lobby area where they had good amenities like a steamer that came in handy! It's basically a room and bathroom, small and utilitarian, but fine for a short stay. There's a coffee machine in the room but I didn't see any cream/milk so we didn't use it. Overall it was good but awkward to get in and out of.

Ana and Federico were so helpful from the time of booking until we checked out. Absolutely amazing women with great energy. Thanks for making our stay so special. The apartment is ideal if you’re looking to visit Rome and see all the beautiful landmarks. Walk everywhere in minutes. Very comfortable room with all the amenities. I stayed as a solo (female) traveler here for two nights and it was very comfortable, safe, and clean! The location couldn’t be better as you’re right in the centre of all the action and within a short walk from many main sights (under 10 mins to trevi fountain or Spanish steps, very close to piazza navona and pantheon, right on main shopping street!). The room was spacious and comfortable, and check in was very smooth. Frederica was so helpful and communicative prior to check in and upon check in as well, so it felt like I was at home when I arrived! The elevator situation isn’t great, but they warn you at booking at least. You take an elevator up to 4th floor and then carry your bags to the third floor. It was manageable for me as a small person with extremely large and heavy luggage so it’s not a dealbreaker, and Better than some other situations I’ve had without elevators altogether! I would happily stay here again!

I recently stayed at this charming hotel during my trip to Rome and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The location is absolutely perfect — just a short walk from many of Rome’s most iconic sights, including the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, the Pantheon, and the Trevi Fountain. Being so close to everything made exploring the city effortless and enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities you could need after a long day of sightseeing.
