It is composed of a living room with balcony and a modern and fully equipped kitchen corner. Two nicely finished double bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom and access to the second balcony. The apartment is quite spacious; two of us shared it and it was more than enough room! Kitchen is tiny; there is a coffee maker, you buy the coffee. Great location! Hosts are very responsive!

While keeping in mind that the Host is a property management company, they were prompt with communication. We were able to do an early check in. The property was exactly as described and very clean. My 18 year old son and I stayed for 5 nights…safety and ease of transportation around all of Rome was never an issue. Note: only 2 rolls of economy toilet paper (one for each bathroom) are provided. We had to buy more. No paper towels, soaps, laundry detergents, shampoo other than a small one use sample are provided. Clothes washer is in the unit (I had to go out to buy laundry detergent) but you hang your clothes to dry.Overall, I would recommend this property. We enjoyed our stay

The flat itself was very nice; however, our experience was disappointing due to the lack of basic amenities. We stayed for one week and were provided with only one bath towel per person. There was a note on the washing machine stating it was not to be used for washing towels. When I asked if it was possible to have an additional towel for the two of us, the host responded that this was not a hotel and that we would be charged for extra towels.In our experience traveling throughout Italy and staying in other Vrbo properties, extra towels are typically provided for a one-week stay. Additionally, there were very limited amenities overall—no paper towels and no basic bathing toiletries.This was the most expensive apartment we stayed in during our trip, and as a Vrbo host myself, I believe providing basic amenities is important for travelers. While the apartment itself was lovely, the lack of these essentials impacted our overall stay.

Rome in A Day

Apartment location is perfect, a very short walk to the Vatican and Basilica. Bus stop very close as well. Very helpful in arranging our transportation from the airport as well as the return. Apartment was very clean and comfortable.
