The property location was great to everything. The rooms are spacious and very clean. iFlat staff was super quick when communicating and helped with organizing shuttle transfer to and from airport.

Stayed in this property with friends when we were visiting Rome for the 6 nations rugby. Incredible location, easy to access all major sights. Apartment very clean and tidy. Comfortable stay - just what we needed. Would definitely return

We absolutely loved this place! The location is fantastic - the Colosseum is literally at the end of the street, about a 10 minute walk. Bus stops and many restaurants are minutes away. The building has the European charm of high ceilings and doors, massive windows, and an old-style elevator (small, but operational); it also has modern conveniences such as a microwave, espresso machine and blow dryer. The bedrooms and main washroom are very spacious, and the unit was far more luxurious than we had expected. Our contact was a pleasure to deal with, making sure we had everything we could possibly need. Highly recommended!

Appartement très bruyant, confort à améliorer

Appartement agréable mais très bruyant (simple vitrage) et très près d un hôpital d où le bruit des sirènes jour et nuit. De nombreuses choses hors service ( lampe sans ampoule, chaise cassée, jaccuzzi hs, canapé convertible à reparer, manque de vaisselle, poignée de porte manquante , cafetière hs). Ça n'est pas normal de trouver autant de choses hors service. Cela a été signalé au fur et à mesure durant le séjour. Très bonne literie par ailleurs et emplacement proche du Colisée et des transports.

Appartement très bien situé près du Colisée

Belle expérience dans un appartement typique Romain et très bien situé Lits très confortables et appartement doté d’étendoirs, fer à repasser et d’un beau dressing. Il manquait bien quelques ampoules et on n’a pas réussi à faire fonctionner le jaccuzi mais le séjour dans l'appartement superbe!!! Hôte très réactif en cas de petits désagréments

Not Bad...but

To be fair, this was our fourth place to stay during our two week Italy vacation and the first three places were amazing. This unit is a small two bedroom/two bath apartment about 1 km from the Colosseum (you could see it at the end of the street). The place was clean but lacked any amenities (coffee and coffee maker that didn't work), On the fourth floor but small elevator to get bags up and down. Lots of street noise and the AC unit was rather noisy but the bed was the most comfortable of the whole trip (memory foam?) Good coffee spot and a decent bar within a block or two. No regrets staying here but at the same time, if I come back to Rome, I will probably try a new place.

Una bella esperienza

Tutto bene: posizione, pulizia e comodità. Abbiamo solo segnalato una perdita nella lavastoviglie che sicuramente sarà stata riparata alla nostra partenza. Consiglieremmo di sintonizzare meglio il televisore: è vero che a Roma non si viene per vedere la tv ma un notiziario ogni tanto non guasterebbe.
