We had a great stay at the property. The room was spacious enough and clean. There also is a small kitchen area with some snacks, free coffee and tea, which was a nice touch. The location was also great, we loved the area around the property as well, with many little shops, cafes and dining options. The only thing we would criticize is that the rooms are quite noisy. Even with windows and shutters closed you can hear the street very loudly. Fortunately it’s a not big street with lots of traffic. Otherwise it’s a great spot for a vacation in Rome.

I was very pleased with this property. Our host Anthony waited outside and greeted us when we arrived. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It’s in a central location which makes it very accessible to all the historical sites. With that said it can be loud once the city wakes up, so I would suggest ear plugs if you want to sleep in. I would definitely recommend staying here for its convenience and charm.

Everything was wonderful, cute little house, turned into a mini-hotel, historical and charming, in the great location, walking distance to Vatican and museums, Trevi Fountain, plenty of restaurants and shopping experience nearby. The only negative thing is the absence of the elevator, which makes moving heavy luggage difficult. Overall we are happy with our stay

Location is perfect. You can walk to every major landmark in Rome if you want. We walked 35 miles over the three days we stayed here, but obviously taxis, bus, bikes, etc are available for those who want. Roberta and her staff are wonderful and make sure you have all the information and amenities you need. Highly recommended.

Because of my itinerary I didn’t get to be in the hotel when there was staff. The few times I did see them, the staff were friendly, However, I didn’t get to see the extra attention that I read in the other reviews. Also, the two times I ate in there the food was good. But then again that all depends on that person, almost the same thing everyday and not many option. The bed was horrible, like I couldn’t sleep at all the first time. I ask to be change it, which they did, it was ok. Overall, for the price, it was a very good hotel because everything I ask, I got it by the next day. The check in was good and the hotel is very clean. However, you have to ask for something to happen and they don’t go the extra mile like the other reviews make it seem so. Still I will recommend it but be very clear on what you want.

Perfect location since it was walking distance to just about all the main points of interest in Rome. A bit noisy though due to our neighbors being up all night and the walls are thin. However great service. We had to head out very early in the morning and they accommodated us by preparing a packable breakfast for us. That was really nice.
