This was my honeymoon and I wanted something nice The photos that they put up are NOT accurate to the room There are no chairs or sofas The shower only holds one person at the time It says sound proof but the noise from the staff and the neighbors is overwhelming Quality of the linen is very low And they don’t refresh your towels Is not a hotel, The one thing worth it was the location It’s perfect So if you are looking for nice it’s not But for location defiently

Overall it's good, it's an apartment not hotel, most of time not see front desk. I arrived late so he asked me to go to another hotel neaby to look for the front desk, who helped me to open the door of the apt and instructed me how to use it. The room is spacious and clean, overall it's a good deal.

C’est un endroit parfait proche de tous mais vraiment de tous à pieds. Gare, plusieurs lignes d’autobus, fontaine de Trévi, Colisée, épicerie, restaurants, café.. Se situe sur rue sécuritaire … Maintenant, en ce qui concerne les lieux, je ne peux pas dire que c’est très mauvais.. car dans la vie tout est subjectif! Il nous a rendu service, dans l’ensemble, mais peut mieux faire. Point de vue propreté: Il est correct et acceptable. J’aurais voulu voir une housse de matelas, un extracteur dans la SDB. Ah oui, des bouts de mousse sortaient de l’oreiller. Pas de savon à mains, il a dit que les minis flacons de gel douche et shampoing faisait l’affaire, j’ai expliqué que ça n’avait pas de sens, qu’avec mes mains sales je devais manipuler ouvrir et fermer, quand un simple distributeur ou un petit savon sur le lavabo aurait pu faire l’affaire. Lunette de toilette trop petite au risque de se faire pincer. Climatisation faible ( un faux 18 degrés). Pas d’INTERNET dans la chambre même notre LTE 5G ne capte rien. **** vieilles fenêtres à changer, se ferment mal**** on a quand même bien dormi. Cet avis est pour les gens difficiles. ‼️🚨 Prévoyez du cash pour payer vos frais de taxe.

Lobby area is very small, didn’t like window in bathroom, maybe cover it with something, didn’t like room key, you always had to use it to open and lock door, so if you leave someone in the room they are locked out??? What happens if they have a fire??? Not very safe!

Clean, but no soap in the bathroom and there was also a window in the bathroom which had a view of a storage room of some sort. There were no curtains. A bit weird but overall the place was clean.

What a cool, quaint hotel! Loved it! The location was fabulous, the AC worked great in one of Italy’s biggest heatwaves, the manager was so helpful and nice, and we felt super safe in the area. Would definitely book again.

I had a small bed crammed in a dirty corner. It looked like someone had been running up and down the walls. Very easily washable. It was 99 degrees in Rome and the air barely worked making sleeping difficult. No soap in bathroom to wash hands. Keys were difficult to use and had 3 keys for different doors. I know the accommodations are different in Italy than the us but this was not clean.
