Sujo, quente, pessoal pouco profissional

Bad hotel service

This hotel is a joke, we arrive there around 11:30 pm. The hotel was out of rooms so we lost our money by booking this hotel. I don’t recommend the service at all. We had no where to sleep that night.

Expedia was not booked at check-in and was expelled from the hotel before confirmation. Despite being asked to confirm with the Expedia Secretariat, he was forced to leave. I was at a loss and started to call myself to find a new accommodation. Ten minutes later, the hotel man told me to prepare another accommodation. I inevitably stayed in another room for 6 nights, but I was charged Rome city tax on the first day and paid 37 euros in a lump sum. It was firmly insisted that there was no obligation to reimburse, and it was taken away. It was a hotel where money would be caught if a receipt for money was not made. □ I believe that I trust the Expedia is bad.

Decepcionante
