A beautiful boutique hotel in Rome! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - a spacious room with a comfortable bed, big bathroom and very clean. Just a few mins walk from Spagna Metro station and the Spanish Steps. Ideal location for food, shopping and seeing the sights. Wonderful friendly staff. We highly recommend this hotel!!

This hotel is a gem. Lovely staff, lovely room and so close to so many landmarks and restaurants! We especially loved sitting on our balcony in the morning and evening and soaking up the atmosphere. I hope we will return. It is amazing!

D. was very nice over text and I responded to him immediately with his request for my arrival time 3 days before. We arrived at the exact time I had said we would (during the middle of the day) and I don’t know if maybe he was having a bad day but it was by far the coldest reception I’ve ever received at any hotel or guesthouse I’ve ever stayed at. He genuinely seemed angry I had showed up lol. It was very strange. We were only staying for one night but the female member of staff the morning we left seemed a lot more friendly. Room (especially the shower) had definitely seen better days. All in all not the best.

How is this place rated so highly??

This place isn’t necessarily bad by any means, but it’s certainly not good and definitely not great like many reviews have claimed. First off - misleading 24hr service. While available via whatapp, there’s no one working the front desk and seemingly no one around aside from other guests. Secondly - this place is amongst local residential condos. Nothing wrong with rhag at all, just thought it would have been mentioned especially when marketed as a hotel. The five total rooms are located on the 4th floor and requires multiple entry codes and instructions on how to enter. Thirdly - hidden payments. They require cash to be left in a box near the front door for a city tax? Just find it odd it was never mentioned and is asked to be left in a non-secure box. So again - this place is just fine. Probably wouldn’t recommend

set up for self-service / check-in (a pro or con depending). located of european 4th (american 5th) floor - thank god for elevator though this is small and has inner + outer door. Located right at the Spanish Steps + the "5th Ave" of shopping which is why I chose it and boy was I pleased with this. Walking distance to the rest of the major Sites in Rome. Would stay here again!

Nice stay, but.....

Nice location, quiet, and clean. The booked price should have included all charges, but they collected an additional city tax at the property. Other hotels in the area didn't have this surcharge.
