Mother's Day weekend in Rome

This hotel was amazing. The pictures online and the room in person were the same. I was on the 3rd floor so it was quiet and we did not hear any noise from outside. The hotel is literally around the corner from the Trevi Fountain and at least a 20 minute walk from all the places we needed to be at for our tours. Not sure of the other rooms, but my room had a king size bed I shared with my mom and a nice size bathroom. Room service is offered everyday but I only requested it on 1 of the 4 days we stayed. As soon as you book, the hotel staff messages you via Whatsapp and every single person was so helpful and friendly with questions I had. The front desk is limited hours during the day, so there is no 24 hour front desk person. Anastasia was so wonderful when we arrived and it was nice putting a face to a whatsapp conversation, just wonderful. Just so you are aware, the hotel is literally a green door camaflouged between the shops so walk slow or you will pass it up. The hotel also helped get a airport taxi set up for us as well on the return. Just wonderful, great service, great staff, great location, will be staying again of back in Rome.

Excellent hotel right in the centre 1 min walk from Trevi fountain so great base to walk to all main attractions. Staff on site were very friendly and helpful and kept in touch with what’s app regarding check in etc. Didn’t hear any noise at all even through we were so close to all the crowds at Trevi. Room also had AC which was welcomed after a long day walking around. We had a late flight so we were able to check out and leave our luggage at the reception desk so we could make use of our last day. Would 100% recommend

I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel in Italy, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and charming hidden spots. Unfortunately, breakfast is not included, but there are many cafe options around the hotel, fresh pastries, espresso, and local specialties that set the tone for each day. What really stood out was the exceptional service. The concierge went above and beyond to help plan day trips. Every part of my stay felt thoughtfully curated and relaxed. I can’t recommend this hotel enough for anyone visiting Italy. Whether you're looking for a romantic escape or a relaxing vacation, this place has everything you need. I can’t wait to return! Huge shout out to the front desk Asian young beautiful woman, she deserves a raise. :)

A good stay

The hotel was very clean and they were very accommodating storing our luggage until the rooms were ready. Some rooms are smaller than others so beware. The hotel is in a fabulous location location with lots to do around the area.

The kindest most welcoming staff. We had a wonderful stay, the hotel is ideally located for the Trevi Fountain. The room was bigger than expected, very clean and tastefully decorated. I will definitely stay here again

Nice hotel just a few steps from the Trevi fountain. No bar or restaurant on site but lots of options near by. A few softer pillows would have been nice but otherwise a great option in a fantastic location.
