We had a lovely stay at this authentic Roman accommodation. The room was beautiful and clean with Air conditioning. As well as a grand staircase there was an amazing antique lift that we used to reach our floor .The location was perfect, with many of the attractions and some wonderful restaurants all in walking distance . We were moments away from Termini station and shops. We felt very well looked after by Paolo,Sonia and Russell and highly recommend this accommodation and we can’t wait to visit again!

The location was great, close to the train station, excellent restaurants, nightlife, and more. Communication with the host was great, and the check-in and check-out process was very easy. I would definitely stay here again.

We were really pleased with this place. Paolo was very welcoming and helpful with suggestions. Location was perfect only a couple of blocks from the main train station, and walkable to other attractions as well. Street was fairly quiet but with restaurant and caffe options nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable. If we return to Rome we would definitely stay there again!

This was such a great place to stay, not right in all the crazy business but still very walkable to so many locations and public transport. The room was clean, had a great air conditioner and the elevator made it easy with our luggage! Would stay again :)

This guest house is conveniently located in Rome. It is across from the opera house. The room was comfortable for the most part… the air conditioning could definitely have been colder, but it was exceptionally hot outside. Overall, not a bad place to stay for the price.

Great room, shower great manager of rooms fyi he is not on site all day but contactable. I arranged time of arrival he let me in and stayed one night . He arranged private taxi to airport early , glad I did Mercedes well worth it for early flight on time . Elevator not working when I left

Good location close to main railway station and within walking distance of main sights of Rome. Easy access to property for check-in and Paulo was friendly and helpful. We were able to store our luggage the next morning until we caught our bus to the airport. The apartment was lovely and bed comfortable but the room and bathroom needed updating.

When we arrived, we didn’t realize there was an elevator. No one was there. We climbed four long flights of stairs and got in. And then found the elevator! It’s really like renting a room and being given a key and figuring it out. We are athletic in our 60s with all our luggage, the room was lovely and we found coffee and walked 9 miles a day.

Had a great experience here; it was a quiet, simple but nice room that was convenient for us to access the historical center of Rome. It's an easy walk to the train station, and a decent walk to the Colosseum or to the Pantheon. The staff person on site was helpful and nice. Be aware that it is on the 4th floor of the building, so you'll need to use an elevator or climb many stairs.
