"I really thought the lobby set a nice tone to our stay. The breakfast seating area was engaging and the food buffet was extensive. The parking garage however had limited elevator access which made it harder to manage your suitcase- use the front entrance to put your luggage in the car. Overall very good value."

"The property was awesome and convenient for what we needed for a getaway. However, as hot as it was outside, the cold water inside was unbearable. Also the room had very poor circulation, so it was hard to cool down between those two things."

"When we arrived the check-in person was not to be found. After about 5 minutes they came to the front desk and checked us in. Not very friendly at all, but it is downtown Dallas. We were told to park in the garage so we proceeded to pass through where the sign said height was 6'4", our Brand new SUV rubbed the sign! I am 6'2" and got out and am taller than our vehicle, So the sign was hanging under 6'. We proceeded up the garage levels where again, some places were high, some barley 6' tall. We finally backed down a level to park without scraping our vehicle again. It was very dark inside and we did Not feel safe at all. Homeless people walked through the entry way to hotel while we waited on a Lyft to go to dinner. Needless to say, we will not stay here again. The hotel needs to have someone outside where you pull up to check in to keep guests feeling safe and comfortable. Don't recommend."
