Great location, very personable staff. It was just so huge we got lost a few times. Unique floor plan. Room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable.

How clean the hotel was with all the nasty weather outside. How friendly the people were and one gentleman gave us shortcut directions to one of our destinations. They were super busy when we got there but they were able to get everyone checked in fast and made sure everyone had what they needed. Highly recommend!!!

Room was very clean and had most things that we wanted, however needed to call for robes, extra bath towels and toiletries. Also we did not like the mattress as it was not comfy per usual hilton standards. Not firm enough. Other than that the stay was fine.

Very clean and comfortable room. So convenient to be connected to the convention center. The valet service attendants were great and very helpful. This would certainly be our go to hotel for any future visits to Columbus.
