The ad for the apartment says 1 bedroom 1 bathroom. Sleeps 4. We are thinking 1 bedroom and a pull-out couch. There are 2 loveseats. No pull out. Very misleading. Everything else, perfect.

Very Nice Accommodations

I work remotely, and the internet had a strong connection for me to do my work without any issues. The apartment was very clean, and everything was in working order. We didn't find too much to do right in Rochester, but Portsmouth wasn't too far of a drive. I would certainly stay again!

Our own space while visiting family

Beautiful location. Close to downtown but in a beautiful rural setting. Not huge but PERFECT for me and my husband when we travel to town to visit family. Close to everyone but at the end of the day we have our own space to relax! Eric was great to deal with and responded quickly to any inquiries! We will be back!

great locatiom!

Perfect size for 2 people out in the countryside of NH but close to city/town. Needed place to stay while visiting family and this upstairs apartment was great….even provided coffee to get us started in morning
