Don’t believe the pictures up on the Expedia site about this property. Rooms were outdated and not the cleanest. We had an issue with a leak from the ceiling in the bathroom. The only assistance we received was to be moved to another room. No other communication after that. The gym area had broken equipment in it and the one piece that did work was barely functioning.

Never stayed at the property. My wife and I were scheduled to arrive there Saturday Oct. 20th. My daughter in law with her 2 adult children arrived there Friday night. The room they were offered was terrible dirty and full of mould. They were shown 3 other rooms which were unexceptionable They requested a credit for themselves and for us. They went to another hotel. We stayed elsewhere on Saturday night.

Walked into a pretty dark and dated room, with what appeared to be a cockroach on the bed. We easily took it off and flushed it down the toilet, but definitely made us anxious during our one night stay. Bed had an angle in it that killed my back in the morning and the furniture and walls just had so many scuff marks. It was the cheapest rate in the area but I feel like I still paid too much for what I experienced here.

Outdated old hotel not worth staying at

When I checked in keys did not work on room door. Then had to call front desk and ask for maintenance to get the tv to work. Our white socks are no longer white because the carpet has not been cleaned and the curtains were torn and musty.

Overall maintenance good. Would strongly advise a deeper overall cleaning-corners, along baseboards, bathroom details and upholstery furniture. I would stay again but concerned that the little details could lead to a negative stay over time. Staff friendly, and shower was very nice.

While the desk staff was nice, all staff persons should keep in mind to make eye contact and smile. It adds to the atmosphere. I have no complaints about the property except for the initial stale smell upon entering the room which is expected in some hotels but can be eliminated with a neutral carpet odorizer or neutral plug-in.

Would not stay there again....

Room was on side of hotel immediately abutting the highway. All night long various traffic kept me awake. Sound goes right thru the windows. The old style phone had 3 red blinking light on it. Could not stop them, so I put a pillow over the phone. They are very bright in pure darkness! The shower took 15 full minutes to finally get hot from coldish lukewarm to hop in.
