I was able to chat with almost all of the front desk during my stay and they were all absolutely wonderful! Extremely helpful and very personable. The room was very clean and housekeeping kept it that way. Great stay!

This was our second stay here and again, the hotel did not disappoint. The check in was super quick and easy. Breakfast in the morning is a nice touch. The pool are is clean and well maintained. Staff is super friendly and efficient. Definitely will continue to stay here when in Altoona.

"The toilet our room would not flush. The chain was detached from the handle. Could reach to bottom. No one was there could fix. Switched room. New room did not have soda bed. Requested a portable. Both bathroom sinks did not having working drain plugs in sinks. One bathroom had 3 bath towels, 1 hand towl and no washclothes. Then the second room door had the deadbolt stuck open. Would nt retract. The staff was good and did all they could to help. They were pleasant and apologedic. "
