Close to trains - easy access to Airport. Room comfortable, facility was older though. Was charged an additional resort fee per night which must have been in the fine print apparently. Gym was good - best part was the meal at the Gordan Ramsey Steak restaurant.

Night before our cruise out of vancouver we stayed here. Really enjoyed everything about it! Had an upgrade to a suite and was a nice site sitting area and also received 2 complimentary coupons for the casino, nice little bonus.

This place could use some live music in the casino. Just a little bit of extra to entertain the clients, like they used to have before COVID. A dance floor doesn't take a lot of space and they definitely were not packed at the slot machines so they could easily remove some for a dance floor.

They really enjoyed it I had the casino the pool was really pretty even though we didn't get to use it I had a slide the room was very nice and transportation was right across the street so it was great it would take you to the airport cruise Depot everything except we had too much luggage to take that but we loved it it was awesome

Terrible Service

My daughter and I went together and it was terrible. They put us in a room that smelled like B.O. They moved us to a different room and it smelled badly as well but we dealt with it. That night we asked for robes and a toothbrush set, after 30 minutes of waiting, we called downstairs and asked for an update when they would be there, they said about 5 more minutes. After another 20 minutes, we gave up and went to the pool without the robes. It was terrible service and we won't be back there.
