Room was very nice. I'm glad we booked the handicapped room since i recently had knee surgery. We had to ask how to set the thermostat, and the associate was very nice and helpful. We were disappointed in the breakfast though. Didn't taste very fresh.

Excellent services - friendly front desk, clean and attentive breakfast service. Hotel is clean in general but a little outdated. Good location with easy access to restaurants and shopping in Richmond/Sugar land. Competitive room rate. I stayed here everytime visiting Houston.

Very attentive staff. Very comfortable beds. Shower with less water than I am used to. Problem emptying the sink. Would suggest to redo the bathroom with a more modern concept (walkin shower, better wuality countertop). Those were minors issues and the stay was overall very good.

The hotel is nice and is away from the highway so you don’t have to worry about the noise. The room was very spacious and comfortable for our group of three, and breakfast it’s great, one of the best I have had in our travels. The only negative part of our stay was the lack of working elevator during our arrival and most of our time at the hotel, luckily it was fixed the day before our departure.
