Renaissance Dallas Richardson Hotel
"Great value for a 4-star hotel. I wish there had been a microwave in the room, but otherwise great hotel."

Aloft by Marriott Richardson
"Kimberley at check-in was terrible. She was put out by us that we were checking in. She even stopped checking us in to flirt with a drunk guest asking for more drink tickets. She couldn’t even stop long enough to tell us where to park since there was none. We drove around looking and had to call ..."

"I stayed at the Richardson Hilton for three nights and it was a great experience. The staff was friendly and check-in was quick and easy even though their computer system was down. "The hotel was decent overall, but there were a few things that could definitely be improved. The room was clean and cozy, and the lobby was clean and well maintained, which made for a nice first impression. However, the room had a strange smell, and the carpet felt sticky when walking barefoot, which ..."

Hilton Richardson Dallas
"I stayed at the Richardson Hilton for three nights and it was a great experience. The staff was friendly and check-in was quick and easy even though their computer system was down. The room was what you would expect it to be. It was clean with 2 queen size beds, a wall mounted TV, a bathroom, and a sink with a large vanity mirror. Not too shabby. I’ll take off a point because there wasn’t a microwave in the room, but it did have a mini fridge, coffee maker, and an ironing board. The amenities included a 24 hour gym, an okay swimming pool, large conference rooms, and a bar with full kitchen. Overall it was a good experience and I would definitely stay there again."
