The rooms are great. The lobby is on the bottom floor, the hotel is a mile away on another floor. The parking is in a different direction. Half the elevators arent working and there is a long line just to get in the elevator. There is no players club in the casino. There are no clear directions where to park and enter to check-in. The only staff i talked to or seen was at check-in. It is very inconvenient and time consuming to do anything. I will not be staying there again.

Did not like that if I wanted to check in early they charged an extra fee!!!!! And add a fee to the room in case we smoked. I said we don't smoke and the room wasn't cleaned very well

By far the worse property I have ever stayed at in my 45 years of life. Everything was disgusting! I wouldn't stay here for free! The bed was so hard and uncomfortable. The bathtub was full of dirty water and wouldn't drain so we couldnt eve shower in the morning. Never ever again will I come here! Staff were rude and looked so miserable. Horrible horrible horrible place!

Circus Circus gets a bad wrap, yes it is a little old but we made the mistake a few years ago by going to another hotel where it was so disgusting we did not dare even use the shower in the morning, So we always stay at CC as we know it will be at least decent, is it a 5 star no but we are just a normal family on a budget staying in Reno on our way home from the west coast and need a decent place to stay over night, easy parking, fun for the kids and very easy on the wallet.

We had to park and walk a very long distance. Room was dirty. Bathroom sink was plug. The customer service personal said they didnt know when they could fix it. So they didn't. Wont stay here again.

First the room i reserved was sold out, so they 'upgraded' me from a king to 2 queens even though i paid extra to get the king in the first place. Then bed they did give was very hard and uncomfortable, plus sheets made me itch.
