"Top notch booking! Really great place to stay right on Lake Las Vegas, with a lovely view and an easy and scenic walk to everything the community has to offer. Easy access to restaurants of all sorts, as well as a small but decently stocked grocery store across the way. The condo itself was impeccably clean, nicely maintained, and very comfortable. Very nice patio with comfortable furniture for lounging and dining. Nice 2-bedroom floorplan with separation of the suites, which really are much like two primary suites, each with its own private bathroom (one also serves as the guest bath, since it's technically outside of the 2nd bedroom. All around a great place to stay on Lake Las Vegas. We would definitely stay there again!"

"Over priced for the condition and amenities. Both hot tubs werent working, hallways all smelled like sewage, beach looked nasty and was closed, there isnt any restaurants open during the day on property, and overall the entire property is in desperate need of a freshen up."

"The property is wonderful! Open. Spacious. Lots of natural light. We loved the layout with the two bedrooms on the ends and the kitchen and living area in the middle, which open on to the very large patio. The views are amazing, especially at sunrise. The place is very cozy and comfortable. Check-in was easy and our host was very responsive on providing information about our stay. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely will be back! "
