Neglected is being nice no toilet paper. TV didn’t work. All the walls are banged up. Justa major dump. Bathroom, shower valve hanging off the wall. After taking a shower, I felt dirty.

It had 2 beds and one bed was broke. Walls were dirty and peeling. The room had a slider door for an entry and it was hard to open and close. Shower was very tiny and dirty. Very small microwave and refrigerator.

There was no shampoo conditioner no coffee pot or coffee what they had in the lobby was very weak. The rooms were big. Not enough towels and washcloths to accommodate people per room. The guy at the counter wasn't friendly at all. The next morning the lady working the office wasn't friendly either

Easy check in and out. Very clean. Pillows are very flat and uncomfortable. They definitely need new sheets, both beds had a bunch of holes. Plenty of parking, just weird to get in and out of.
