It advertised that 'coffee available 24/7', but early morning only provided cold air pot coffee from previous day. Would recommend a Keurig or some other form available for the early hours. Lot of noise on Friday evening with a murder mystery party going on until past 10 PM However, facility was very nice and classy; enjoyed our stay and would recommend to any B&B fan looking to stay in CDA.

Our murder mysteries have been ending before 9 lately, we greatly apologize for noise made by guests still socializing afterward. We will make every effort to prevent this for future guests. A unique and beautiful inn with an interesting history. We were very happy with everything except the bed, which was much too soft. We'd definitely stay here again.

The history of the building was very interesting. Pictures of the classes of students were displayed on the walls as well as information about the various teachers. It was so fun talking with the owner who was a student himself at the school before it closed.

This little boutique hotel was awesome. The owners were wonderful and the customer service was excellent. Whatever you needed they were there. There is no fridge in the rooms but there is a guest fridge available. They play movies in the courtyard and have happy hour cocktails at 5. Your first drink is free. It’s within walking distance of the lake, shops and restaurants. This place is such a gem. They also have a hot tub and a sauna. They are also doing a wonderful job with Covid precautions. And they have two beautiful, friendly puppies you might find roaming outside if you get lucky~ I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast is delicious too. Try the Orange zest waffles if they have them.
