Very nice hotel but we only was there late Wednesday night til 4.00 AM. Thurs. to catch a flight. Wish we could have stayed there longer.

Fire pit was nice. !st Rm assigned smelled dog. Was assigned another room it was nice except for the stains all over in carpets & sofa. The room was very specious. had problem with people running up and down hall are room above us, this was until early morning. I finally called front desk an told them of problem. They seemed to have solved problem. I never heard the noise after that.

There was no pool at this property.Their breakfast was only cereal and milk. The hallways were dirty. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the only reason why we decide to stay another night.

..Came here during Pre Labor Day weekend. Customer Service was lacking big time at the front desk (in their defense, Power went out in the building), but C'mon, that's why you collect a paycheck. The "only" thing I can say nice about this place was the room, with exception of lack of water pressure in the shower (I understand it's a hotel with many rooms, but seems like you are conserving water) and the TV displayed "Please Wait" since 2 am until I checked out (Again, Front desk was no help). Their version of a "Free Breakfast" is your choice of Cereal or Yogurt in a little sandwich baggie. Oh, and the 2 restaurants is a "Perkins" and an empty side piece called "Sliders" where they serve only over charged pizza and salads. The girls at that counter were lacking in the customer service department as well. To busy visiting with friends instead of standing at the counter so I can give my order (I shouldn't have waited to give an order for a few minutes when that place was empty). With exception of the high price and rotten tomato slices they gave me, the rest of the salad wasn't to bad. Again, the room was good. Comfortable bed and the AC was refreshing. I'll be back in the area to visit more sites, but won't be back to this hotel. "Hilton" should be ashamed to attach their name to this facility.

Check in was easy and staff was friendly. However, when we got to our room it was a studio, not the 1 bedroom suite we had booked. When I talked to the front desk, the manager said since we booked through Travelocity there was nothing they could do about it. The room was overall clean, but there was a thick layer of dust along the edges of the carpet at the wall. The curtain was off track, so sun came in through the edges in the morning. Due to COVID, the breakfast was grab and go bags. Each one had an apple, Go-gurt, Chewy granola bar, and bottled water. I was pretty disappointed in the breakfast, especially since a different Home2Suites location we stayed at a few weeks ago still had the full breakfast available, with a staff member grabbing the prepackaged items you wanted (included breakfast sandwiches, muffins, fruit, etc) for you to prevent the spread of germs. We chose not go to the water park due to COVID, although it was open for an extra charge. We did however go to the Sliders Bar and restaurant. Drinks were reasonably priced, the food was a bit expensive for what it was. Pizza and appetizers were ok, but not something I would get again. Overall not a terrible experience, but not somewhere I would stay again.

Great place to stay and the room amenities were great. Everything was nice, clean, and modern. The entrance is under construction so it was easy to miss the turn in.

The property and hotel were great, rooms were nice the connection to the Watiki waterpark Perkins, snacks, etc worked out well for our wknd. We had a few concerns, the heating was "slow" and the thermostats and wall units didnt seem to sync up so finding a balance in room temp seemed either cold or hot. My biggest complaint and I guess when I was making my decision on where to stay, one factor is breakfasts-offered! Continental breakfast and photos shown makes it seem like its a self serve breakfast but with options for waffles, oatmeal, cereal, eggs and breakfast sandwiches NOT pre-packaged meals and sandwiches that you put in the microwave. That part was soooo disappointing. SO in that case Perkins to the rescue.
