The room was very clean, the exception was the bathroom cabinet was a tiny bit dirty and there was a child’s toy on the floor. Otherwise it’s one of the cleaner rooms I’ve stayed in for a long time. Typical hotel noises. The room was nice and large and comfortable for 6 of us. Sheets were very soft. Loved all the cabinets and countertop space as well as the kitchen area. Not a fan of the breakfast set up, was very difficult to move around and got so busy and jammed. Overall we were happy to stay here and would definitely stay again.

The size of the room was good. However there was no sheets in the room for pull out. Yes, we looked in all cabinets, closets and drawers. When my husband went to front desk to get some, he was met by a lot of questions and a very stingy acting front desk worker rather than a helpful face. The breakfast also left very little to be desired. Cold biscuits and chicken strips were not very appetizing. Water park is great but won’t be staying again.

Chicken tenders are not breakfast food. Also, the check-in lady Mackenzie is just so rude. She was sitting on the phone with a customer. tapping her nails, and just letting everyone including myself know that she was not wanting to help us and overall just annoyed of us. I simply just asked if the hotels carried water diapers, mind you it was thanksgiving so nothing was open. She rudely said no, that’s why you go to the store and get some before you come here. We asked if we could get hot water out in the lobby for the tea and she told us she couldn’t get hot water, yet the next morning there was hot water. The coffee was also cold but only when she was working. Also, the room 101 we were in had poop smeared on the bottom of the window in the bathroom and they did not clean out the freezer which had old ice cream sandwiches and frozen pizza.
