The rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly. The pillows were amazing and the water pressure for the shower was great. Only issue we had was the beds were too hard for our taste.

Front desk person on the morning of January 22 was rude and argumentative. Hotel tried to charge for my room a day before I got there though the booking and receipt clearly said payment was due only at check in. Room key cards rarely worked even after I was made to change rooms. Front desk person said that I was causing the key cards not to work by carrying them next to my credit cards when in fact I was keeping them in my empty left coat pocket. I recently went back to Rapid City for more medical treatment but picked a differnt hotel this time.

The staff were excellent. The room had everything I wanted. The bed was a little too firm for me, but my husband enjoyed it. And the price and location were unbeatable. There is no way this place should charge so little for such a good room.

Staff is very courteous. Lovely lobby and guests areas. Rooms are a bit dated, but spotless! We planned on staying just one night, but extended our stay here for 4 nights because it is in a convenient area and so CLEAN!! They also have games and an area for guest to play.

There was no elevator. Staff was rude and took 10 minutes to get to the desk to check us in. We had 2 rooms and there was a large fee per room. The shower had a lot of calcium build up and sprayed water everywhere. Do not recommend this place
