"All the staff were excellent. Everyone speaks Spanish but most staff members speak English and if they don’t they will get someone to help u. U can always use translator on your phone. They food options are endless. They change up the buffets everyday. If u like seafood plenty of it! They also have 3 other restaurants u can eat at we only ate at Italian and it was fabulous. The pool bar amazing! Darwin and Franklin best bartenders ever! The rooms need updating but it did the job. You do not have blue water in the ocean because a river runs into it so it’s not blue at all. At night time they have entertainment every night and then the nightclub is open from 10:30 to 2 am. They have a casino but it is very small not really worth it! Overall had an excellent time! I would go back!"

"Although my room didn’t have a view, the overall experience at the hotel was delightful. The place itself was charming, and the staff couldn’t have been any friendlier. At the buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, they kept everything spotless, clearing and cleaning after every meal with remarkable attention to detail. My only downside was that I expected more entertainment and opportunities for guest participation after meals or at the pool. Despite that, the cleanliness, service, and welcoming atmosphere made my stay truly enjoyable."
