The only downside to this property is that I booked and paid for an oceanfront room but was given a bottom floor semi facing ocean view. When I contacted the front office they informed me that the room I received was their oceanfront rooms. So just be aware that what they consider oceanfront is not a true oceanfront room.

I stayed at this resort with my teenage son for spring break. There are lots of positives but also some negatives. The resort is in a great vacation resort area and the lobby is beautiful. However I booked a room with two beds and we only got one and a rollaway. The rooms need updates. Lots of coats of chipped paint and dresser drawers that don't open but it's clean and the sheets and towels are spotless and clean. The resort grounds are very pretty, the pool is wonderful and clean, and the beach is gorgeous BUT the water is murky and at least three people were stung by jellyfish during our stay. The air conditioning broke several times and needed to be repaired and our phone never worked. The food at the buffet was decent and prepared cleanly, so no tummy issues for us, but the restaurant food was average at best. Staff was awesome. Overall, this is a really wonderful place to stay, especially if you have small kids and don't care about swimming in the ocean. There are LOTS of activities every day and they do a nice job. The shows were okay as well. Hope this helps!

I would like to say the staff was very nice and pleasant. My outside view was very nice from my room. Room service was great, they made sure everything was restocked daily. I did have some hiccups such as the hot water does not get hot and my t.v. wasn't working but they came out to fix it. I did have to kill a bug of some sort and the door panel at the bottom was half off.

This is my honest review. The resort is great, food is great, the staff is amazing! The only problem is the beach its not crystal clear but other than that it was a great stay. More for older people but they make sure everyone is having a great time.

Good evening I have been staying on your property since Thursday and I’m pleased. First let my key card never works after using it for a day so I’ve had to call the front desk for someone to come open it which causes me to be locked outside late at night and I’m a female.Also there has been frogs in my toilet and bathtub ,also the ceiling fan hasn’t worked properly it shuts off after running for 20 minutes and lastly the water doesn’t get hot so I’ve been taking cool showers since I been here so some one needs to accommodate me for these issues I’ve been having.Also the resort doesn’t match the website the lobby area was really nice but the rooms was dirty and out dated there are cracks in the foundation .i spoke with someone about my issue and no one offered to give me a free stay.

It was a nice place to visit for the weekend. Staff was friendly and it was clean. Definitely left something to desire when it came to food and drink though! We didn’t learn until we were already there that they only allow 1 dinner reservation for every 3 days of your stay??? WHAT!! So it was buffet for 2 of the 3 nights that we were there. The buffet was OK, nothing special. The coffee served out of a vending machine The Italian place was good for dinner, food was good and we were NOT rushed, but I can’t comment on the other restaurants since we were only allowed to eat at a “Special” Restaurant once during our stay. This hotel has another hotel on property and we were able to use their pool and bars and their buffet for lunch (not certain how that works for dinner though). The all-inclusive alcohol at this hotel DOES NOT INCLUDE TOP SHELF ALCOHOL (what they have of it anyway) there’s an additional $5 charge PER DRINK if you wanted what they call top shelf (Grey Goose, Jack Daniels, Jim Beam…etc) HOWEVER, if you walk to the OTHER hotel’s bars they DO INCLUDE top shelf alcohol??? Just strange since its the same hotel brand just a few minute walk, but definitely a PIA. They lost power a bunch of times while we were there but only for a few minutes each time. The AC in our room was sufficient to keep our room cool, However the AC fan was loud and persistent and my fiancé had a hard time sleeping with it running, but there’s really no choice if you want to keep your room cool.
