There was no air conditioning in my room. They sent a mechanic to fix it at 2am. Did not get fixed. The solution- they sent me a fan to use! I have the picture of the fan in my room.

Had an amazing stay. Room and staff were great, definitely would stay at the hotel again. Hotel is having some construction done on the parking lot so there is a lot of debris but other than that all was great. Hotel is conveniently located above the train/metro so it was easy to get around.

I love the amazing hospitality from the staff and housekeeping. Amenities where awesome. The restaurant has a delicious steak and tiramisu. I love the location it’s nice a quiet not around many tourists. They sang to me happy birthday and provided me a delicious passion fruit mojito virgen.
