"The Jag Hotel is unique. We have travelled to many places, but never experienced a hotel like this one. There is music everywhere- in the elevators, the hallways, the restaurants and bars. The unusual furniture and pictures of musicians are amazing! So colourful!! The staff is beyond helpful. So friendly and welcoming. The food at Exile was delicious, for both breakfast and dinner. Chelsea, at Exile was so nice and spoke so highly of the hotel’s owner, who she said, was a hands on boss and great person who looked after his staff very well. In all, our 3 days at The Jag were exceptional! Thank you."

"The parking lot is much too small to accomodate all the clients (around 32 spaces for 86 rooms), it’s on a first arrived basis plus many of the spaces are a bit narrow. That was a big turn off. I would suggest to book at the Doubletree Hotel nearby which has many parking spaces."

"Overall, it was a great experience. It's an old building, so if you have the right expectations going in of a quaint old Inn, then you'll be happy. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, and isn't that what matters most? The staff at the restaurant were the real stars: friendly and helpful and the food was fantastic. Shoutout to Heather!"
