This is a really fun hotel, and the lavish rooms were amazing! The staff, especially the concierge at the door were truly wonderful- chatty and friendly, with great & helpful recommendations. We did valet parking which was great, but means I can’t speak to the ease of self parking. The location is ok- it’s easily walkable to all the sites on Water street etc. Just a heads up, there is a shelter very close so there are a higher number of unhoused people around the area, however at no point did we ever feel unsafe (travelling with senior parents and our kids), and no one ever bothered us- but we were also not out walking in the evenings. Would 100% stay here again.

The street parking was a challenge with constant street cleaning, but the hotel was great - fun decor, friendly staff and in a good location (although the warf was somewhat noisy at night).
