The Jag Hotel is a unique property with a music related theme. The hotel is clean and comfortable but the staff are in need of something to do as they are consistently leaning over desks and tables scrolling on their phones. The service was slow and inattentive in the restaurant and the coffee bar staff appeared completely bored. Check in was also extremely slow.

The staff at the Jag are extremely welcoming. I had the best service from both Liam at arrival and Max at check out. They both went out of their way to make sure that my luggage is taken care of. They were both extremely nice and helpful.
