The heater/air conditioner would make a weird rattling noise whenever it started and would quiet down after a couple minutes. It was a little bit startling a couple times an hour. Forgot to mention it to staff so 'My bad' on that.

We had a suite and the room was very nice, but there were lots of crumbs around food in the couch and various stains everywhere. Stains were definitely old and not able to get out so understandable Staff was very kind upon arrival and exit.
