"Hotel situated in a busy area and next door to underground. There are many homeless people in the area which could be distressing and meant having to get past some at times to enter the hotel using your keycard. Lots of rubbish around too, not enough bins. It does seem secure and the studio rooms are spacious enough. We were offered a room initially on 2nd floor and streetside which would have been noisy, so I asked for a quiet room and had 6th floor overlooking internal shopping centre, very quiet. Didn't use kitchen area. Had a Nespresso coffee machine but only 2 coffee pods, one decaf. No milk or sugar. No housekeeping if less than a week, if you request fresh towels etc then they charge for it. Coffee in lobby for a charge. Not sure if they would have given me extra coffee pods etc. Water refill station in lobby. Comfy bed and overall OK."

"Location, cleanliness and price are great… however, they advertise that they have air conditioning and it just does not work. There was a fan in the room when we arrived. We complained after 24 hrs that the AC wasn’t working, we were given another fan and told it “takes time” to get cool. It was over 80 degrees in the room and so uncomfortable. Probably great in the fall and winter."
