We was really looking forward to this stay but unfortunately it was poor from the minute we arrived. We went to our room and somebody was already in it. Not having a reception and somebody to speak to in person made the situation much worse. We were then told we were being moved rooms but had to wait for it to be cleaned.. then 20 minutes later they said there was a problem with a drainage block in this room so they were sorting another room. By the point we were waiting for the 3rd room - it was a twin and we had booked a double!! There was nothing they could do as no other rooms available. This room also smelt so I’m guessing there was a common problem with blockages in the bathrooms. Location was good but other than that I was really disappointed. Having to wait for messages and email responses when you have an issue is frustrating and it wasted time on our first day. I would not recommended and we would not go back

It was fine for a quick trip, not recommended with children. There is no staff on premises, no cleaning supposedly because is environmental friendly. No continental breakfast included in rate which is bad taking in count how much the brand save money with it’s concept.

The Hotel was well located. Walking distance from tourist attractions and great area. Hotel was clean, comfortable bed, small-ish room but nothing crazy small. We didn’t have any trouble checking in online and as long as you follow the steps, they will send you the code to open doors, elevator, etc.. We loved that it had big lockers to leave our stuff in while we walk the city waiting fo our check in time. They even allowed us to leave some bags in while we went to Bruges for one day and back. The next day. Lobby and restaurant were really nice and clean. Marge only thing that I was puzzled about was, that I had make reservations to that hotel especially because it said it had laundry facilities and when we ask through WhatsApp where the machines where, they told us that in that specific location they didn’t have them. Which incidentally was incorrect, bc we came across them the next day by accident! Then everything on the laundry room was automated too. The App gave a machine that was broken and we he we tried to change machines and reserve another one, there was no way to do it unless you open another account and reserve another machine. Basically everything was not working correctly with the laundry facilities. I know is not directly their fault and that there’s a separate company that manages that, but if everything in your hotel is self service, it should work smoothly.

Wonderful location right near grand place and the Royal galleries, great amenities like the gym, the lobby sitting areas, and espresso machine in the lobby. Can rent an umbrella as well. Room and bed was comfortable, self check and codes were secure and easy to use as well.

Location was clutch — on a quiet parallel street right by Old Town, walkable to everything in 1–10 minutes. The fully digital setup can be convenient, but we only saw one staff member during check-in, and after that we found ourselves helping other guests who were struggling. All communication happens via WhatsApp, which works for some but was clearly tough for older travelers. You need to request cleaning and grab your own supplies from a coded closet — more Airbnb vibes than traditional hotel. Overall, it was okay and the location truly carried the experience, but if you’re looking for amenities, service, or human interaction, this isn’t the place.
