Wonderful location right beside the Coral Gardens reef. Three-bedroom unit with large open living room/dining room, 3 bathrooms, and kitchen. Very clean and comfortable. Also an outside dining patio overlooking pool. Beach chair and towel service included. Somewhere Restaurant a few feet away - very convenient.

Repeat Guest - We love this place!

This is our second visit to "The White House". The location can't be beat. We have the pool, the reef, and the bar within steps of our door. The house is clean, and having 3 king size beds makes everyone in my crew happy! Thank you for the best visit yet. We can't wait to stay again soon!

Family Getaway

The condo could use some updating, but for the most part it was clean and location to the beautiful beach was only steps away. I would recommend it as the staff were all friendly and the restaurant next door was nice too.

Proximity to the beach / pool was great! Staff - friendly and helpful. The room itself was tired and in need of some maintenance - doors peeling, upholstery cushions could use a steam clean, headboard of beds not attached to frame, and walls were dirty.

A fun week at Coral Gardens

My family and I had a fun and relaxing week at the White House. The location was absolutely perfect for us. Great views. A nice snorkeling reef right out front. A fun restaurant. It is in near all the action without being right in the middle of it. The owner is responsive and helpful. The staff at Coral Gardens are really nice and aim to please.The house wasn't as clean as we expected when we arrived (doors/walls were quite dirty) and the place, while nice, could definitely use a face lift (new paint would do wonders and the furniture/appliances are showing their age). Honestly, though, you don't come to T&C to sit inside and the modest issues did not detract from a great trip.

Perfect beach for a variety of needs

The villa is comfortable and clean. It is on a soft sandy beach. There is very easy access to the reef. The grandchildren loved the soft sand and turquoise water.

Amazing views

Lovely property with great beach and sea views from the living area. Close to all amenities and a luxury to have Somewhere Beach Bar/Restaurant on the doorstep. Staff were very helpful, especially Jerome who helped with the bags and set up our towels and beach chairs for us every day. Property host, Don, was very helpful with directions and island info and answered all our queries. Would book again!

Summer get away

The White House is a lovely place to stay, it is absolutely perfect! A few feet to a pool, a few feet to the most beautiful beach and a few feet from fantastic snorkeling where we snorkeled every day and saw sting rays, turtles, thousands of fish and even a shark. Sunsets were absolutely spectacular! We are most certainly Inter’s in returning here! This was our 3rd time back and this was our favorite place this far.

Family vacation

Perfect spot to stay with family, plenty of room. Staff is so friendly and helped with anything we needed. Reef is a few feet from the beach and a 30 second walk from the condo. Thanks so much for sharing your vacation home with us!

Amazing snorkeling

Even though there is construction next door, I didn’t find it too disturbing especially when on the beach. We tried all the ‘beach types’ around the island but kept just wanting to be at the perfect spot Coral Gardens. The beach was great, Somewhere cafe provided the refreshments and the White House room is steps from the beach. Outstanding. And a special shout out to Jerome the beach attendant! He was awesome.

Great Family Vacation

This is a great property that was perfect for our family. The property was ideally located just steps from the beach and the Somewhere Restaurant was very convenient for lunch and afternoon drinks and snacks. The service was excellent. The staff at Coral Gardens (local property manager) was very helpful. They had our chairs and umbrellas and towels set up for us just as soon as we asked. We rented a car and made our way easily to many different restaurants and excursions. The owner was very helpful throughout the rental process and promptly answered all of our questions. Certainly would recommend this property for family and friends.

Lovely, but......

Beautiful older property. Close to Bight Reef, restaurant and great walking beach. We all enjoyed our stay. The showers and beds were wonderful. We packed light hoping to use the washer and dryer but only the dryer worked. The remotes to control air conditioning units were either missing or not functioning properly. Main handle on sliding door was broken. Unit could use some maintenance but overall a pleasant stay.

Dream family vacation

This was our first trip to Turks & Caicos and we will go back in a heartbeat! The White House was the perfect landing spot for our family - giving our teens their own space as well as great family gathering spots, steps from Somewhere Cafe - which was always bustling and has great morning coffee, and steps from the white sand beach and clear blue waters. The reef is literally right in front of the property and we saw beautiful fish and turtles right off the beach! The Coral Garden staff were amazing - always very friendly, making sure we had chairs/towels and arranging any activity. Other favorites from our trip * Island Paradise Tours - private boat excursion * Coco Bistro ( need reservations weeks in advance), Da Conch Shack, shopping / lunch / coffee in the salt mills area * day trip to Saprodilla Bay - very beautiful beach you can walk forever in waist deep, clear blue water. Be sure to take a floaty, towel, activities if you want and pack a few snacks & drinks for a relaxing day!

Had perfect weather every day. Water temperature was perfect for swimming for hours each day. Somewhere Cafe was very convenient and the food was delicious. The White House was just amazing making our stay very comfortable. Can’t wait to return.

Great stay!

White House at Coral Gardens was a wonderful place to stay for three couples. Very close to the Beach and the staff was very accessible and helpful with anything we needed. We appreciated the 3 king bedrooms and bathrooms.

Best Property on Grace Bay Beach!

We stayed at the White House villa, which has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and it was amazing! The pictures online do not do it justice—updated, modern and literally steps from the beach and pool. The construction next door for the Andaz property was not a noise issue nor an eye sore from the villa and didn’t bother us at all. We liked the privacy and being steps to the beach and snorkeling. And having Somewhere restaurant right next door was an added bonuses. While it is not walking distance to the heart of Grace Bay, it’s a quick car ride and we loved the location. It is in a narrow strip on the beach and we did notice a difference when we visited other hotels in Grace Bay but we would not trade our location, space and convenience. The White House villa is the biggest unit on the property and comes with every other day housekeeping, which was great. It also has a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. We enjoyed having a full kitchen, including pots, pans, toaster, microwave, etc. Don was very responsive and provided great guidance. We can’t wait to visit again!
