We are older when we got to the back end of the third floor. The key cards didn’t work in the room. The lamp to the left of the bed switch was broken. People have been plugging it in and unplugging it. There was mold in the closet you could smell it the hot water faucet in the sink I think is loose. You have to push down on it to make it work the rugs are being ripped up in the halls, and the swimming area is packed full of mold. Looks like they’re ripping out the bathroom beside the pool peaked in and it’s black mold. I would like to think over the next year. They would do a lot of repairs. Looks like they’re trying. maybe they lack staff the staff was very nice. Fix my key cards right away just a lot of walking.

The staff was very polite and helpful. Hotel is under construction but still very nice. The hot tub was soooo good and breakfast was better than most of the same standard hotel. We enjoyed our stay!!

All was good and the kitchen staff was very helpful and very friendly. The manager of the kitchen kept up with everything exceptionally well making sure food was refilled promptly and offered a good varied selection. She also kept it very clean. We were definitely impressed. Checkin was easy. Great stay just too short!

Run down property, carpet full of musty smell, tiles worm out everywhere, swimming pool and hot tub water murkey, got allergic and itchy reaction. Vents fully rusted and full of lint clogged. Lobby smelled full of smoke and alcohol. Expedia pictures are too old and reality is completely different. Booked 2 queens bed and they gave me 2 full beds, as only 1 person can sleep.I did not sleep whole night. I stretched on chair. Hotel doesn't have any room with queens bed. Staff (ana)was rude and arrogant. No towel in swimming area. They kept fooling that laundry machine broken. Worst hotel I ever stayed.

The room was very clean except for a chaise lounge that had some stains on it. We understood that the hotel is in a transition and simply avoided that piece of furniture. The shower was excellent with the pulsing shower head and strong pressure. Breakfast was better than expected and the options were very satisfying. We enjoyed our stay and the staff were helpful and friendly. Looking forward to the future changes as the rooms and other areas undergo updating.
