King bed was OK but not great. Worse however was that on check-in we asked staff a wake up call for 4:30 AM but they set it for 3:30 AM. Imagine our delight. Staff also promised to send up a bellhop for 5 AM to assist with our luggage, but no one showed up. There are no house phones in the rooms and in attempting to reach the front desk by cell I was sent to an automated Fairmont system. After I went down to the desk in personal, I was able to get assistance. The lost 15 minutes made the timing for our flight tight. Disappointing, given that this is supposed to be a five star hotel.
