"Found bed bugs in the bed. Have videos and photos of it. We need a refund and haven’t got one! We told the hotel desk woman about it. Showed her the video and shows us the bites we had. And told her the bed bugs was still on the bed."

"The room was filthy and I found baggies and drugs in the room. The bedding was very burnt from cigarettes or something. The floor wasn’t clean. No corded for the phone the iron cable was cut. The electricity went out the last 2 days of our stay so we had no tv or air conditioning."
